Shipping, Returns, & FAQs

What is your shipping policy?
  • Free shipping for customer orders in the United States.
  • We process orders to ship 1-2 business days after received.
  • Standard shipping times vary from 2-5 business days.
  • Expedited shipping is available for purchase prior to checkout and cannot be added once an order is processed. (You are welcome to cancel your order and re-order with faster shipping.)
  • If for any reason an item is out of stock or there is a hold up with your order, you will be notified immediately via the email address the order was purchased with.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as order is placed.
  • An additional email confirmation with package tracking will be sent immediately following order being shipped.
  • Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these confirmation emails.
  • We are unable to process orders over the phone. Please email info@thankfulgreetings.com with any questions, concerns or cancellations.
What if there is an issue with my order?
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please let us know right away by emailing us at info@thankfulgreetings.com so we can make it right.
  • If you're not as enamored with our products as we are, please send us an email so we can work out a solution.
  • We're always happy to evaluate any issues and find a solution that works for you.
  • To receive a refund or replacement, we must be contacted within five business days of the order being received.
  • Thankful Greetings is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed or undelivered shipments or those seized by customs.
  • Please note that Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable and will be labeled final sale.
What if I need to cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Because of our swift fulfillment times, we are unable to cancel your order after 9 AM Central Time the next business day after it has been placed.

If it is past the time that we've processed your order, you are welcome to contact us to generate a return.

How do I know you've received my order?
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as order is placed.
  • An additional email confirmation with package tracking will be sent immediately following order being shipped.
